New Year Major Transformation Challenge - Terms and Conditions By entering the New Year Major Transformation Challenge ("the Contest"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility The Contest is open only to individuals who are 18 years or older and reside in the United States. ·To enter, you must have a valid email address and a public Instagram or Facebook account.
·Participants must have completed the fitness survey provided by the organizers (4 quick questions).
·By entering, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. How to Enter To enter the Contest, you must:
·Sign up with your valid email address.
·Complete the fitness survey (4 questions).
·Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
·Consent to submit photos and/or videos of your fitness journey, which may be shared publicly for promotional purposes.
·Post a photo or video of your workout or fitness progress on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @majorfitness_global on Instagram or @majorlutiefitness on Facebook, using the hashtag #NewYearMajorTransformation, and tagging 3 friends.

3. Submission Requirements All entries must be submitted via Instagram from now until February 7, 2025. Photos/videos posted must be relevant to your fitness progress or transformation.
·Account Settings: Your account must be public at the time of entry to ensure your submission can be reviewed.
·By submitting your photo/video, you grant Major Fitness permission to use your content for promotional purposes on social media, our website, and other marketing materials, without further compensation.

4. Prize
·One grand prize winner will receive a $1000 gift card from Major Fitness.
·10 additional winners will receive a $100 gift card from Major Fitness.
·Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other equivalents.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
·Winners will be selected randomly by the community manager of Major Fitness.
·Winners will be announced during the second week of February via Instagram and Facebook and notified via email.
·If a winner does not respond to the winner notification within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

6. General Terms
·All Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
·Major Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates the terms or engages in fraudulent activities.
·Major Fitness is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or for any technical issues related to Instagram or email communication.
·By entering, Participants agree to receive marketing emails from Major Fitness. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Consent to Photo/Video Submission
By submitting photos or videos, you grant Major Fitness and its affiliates the right to use, display, or publish your submitted content for marketing or promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation or permission.

8. Privacy
All personal information collected during the contest will be handled in accordance with Major Fitness’ Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for the administration of the contest or as required by law.

9. Limitations of Liability
By entering, you release Major Fitness and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from your participation in the Contest, including any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.

10. Modification or Cancellation
Major Fitness reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or other events beyond our control.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state where Major Fitness operates.

12. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Participants acknowledge that participating in physical exercise carries inherent risks. By entering the Contest, you agree that:
·You have consulted with a healthcare provider or are confident in your ability to safely participate in physical exercise.
·You understand Major Fitness does not provide medical advice and the Contest is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
·You are solely responsible for exercising within your personal limits and capabilities.
·Major Fitness and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during your participation in the Contest.
·You will discontinue exercise and seek medical attention if you experience any unusual pain, discomfort, or medical symptoms.

13. Content Guidelines and Restrictions All submitted content must comply with the following requirements:
·Content must be appropriate for general audiences and not contain nudity, profanity, or offensive material
·Participants must wear appropriate and safe athletic attire in all photos and videos
·Content must not feature individuals under 18 years of age
·Dangerous exercises, extreme practices, or unsafe training methods are prohibited Content must not promote harmful behavior, including but not limited to: excessive exercise, unhealthy dietary practices, or unsafe use of equipment
·Major Fitness reserves the right to remove or disqualify any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion

14. Data Collection and Privacy By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding your personal information:
·Major Fitness will collect and store:
·email address, Instagram handle, survey responses, submitted photos/videos, and any additional information voluntarily provided
·Personal information will be retained indefinitely unless:
·You submit a formal request for data deletion to social@majorfitness.com
·Major Fitness ceases operations
·Data collected will be used for: Contest administration and winner selection
·Marketing communications from Major Fitness
·Analysis of Contest performance and engagement
·Future promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
·Your information will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with contest administrators and processing partners
·California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to request deletion of personal information

By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and you consent to receive marketing communications from Major Fitness, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

After doing some research and actually having the opportunity to see a major fitness rack in person, I decided to pull the trigger and get the B52 to get my home gym going again. I know that my actions are the biggest part of why I’m heading back down the right track, but I have to give a lil credit to major fitness for making this very nice rack at a price point that allowed me to get my hands on one. This machine is now part of my journey and I’m very happy with all the things I can do with it. I will end this long rant by saying this…. Life in not fair and has no problem kicking us when we are down. It’s up to us to rise from the ashes and rebuild. I’d be lying if I said I’m not still struggling everyday, but Im determined to get better and not give up! I know there are many of you out there who have experienced some very hard times as well. A lazy workout is better than no workout

Why do you want/have a Major Fitness machine? For me, it’s the flexibility to get a workout in throughout the day when life gets busy. The kids have been home for the last week and I finally needed to get some cleaning in this morning. Between vacuuming and mopping the floor, I came in and knoced out some back rows and tricep push downs. It’s great, cause even during “the new year“ I won’t have to battle the crowds and wait for equipment. I won’t have to deal with people that don’t rack their weights and leave a sweaty mess on the bench. If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to make the investment! You won’t regret it. Do I need to post my photo or video on social media?

What are the prizes?
