Shop B52After doing some research and actually having the opportunity to see a major fitness rack in person, I decided to pull the trigger and get the B52 to get my home gym going again. I know that my actions are the biggest part of why I’m heading back down the right track, but I have to give a lil credit to major fitness for making this very nice rack at a price point that allowed me to get my hands on one. This machine is now part of my journey and I’m very happy with all the things I can do with it. I will end this long rant by saying this…. Life in not fair and has no problem kicking us when we are down. It’s up to us to rise from the ashes and rebuild. I’d be lying if I said I’m not still struggling everyday, but Im determined to get better and not give up! I know there are many of you out there who have experienced some very hard times as well. A lazy workout is better than no workout
SHOP B52Why do you want/have a Major Fitness machine? For me, it’s the flexibility to get a workout in throughout the day when life gets busy. The kids have been home for the last week and I finally needed to get some cleaning in this morning. Between vacuuming and mopping the floor, I came in and knoced out some back rows and tricep push downs. It’s great, cause even during “the new year“ I won’t have to battle the crowds and wait for equipment. I won’t have to deal with people that don’t rack their weights and leave a sweaty mess on the bench. If you haven’t done so already, now is the time to make the investment! You won’t regret it. This is me getting in a couple sets-wearing my flip flops, and a little extra plump from the holidays 🤣🤣Post a photo below of your most lazy workout…because a lazy workout is better than no workout 🏋️♂️

It’s easy to start and stay motivated

New Year Major Transformation Challenge FAQ
To enter the New Year Major Transformation Challenge, you must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
You’ll need:
- A valid email address
- A valid and public Instagram account
- To complete a brief fitness survey (just 2 quick questions)
- Agreement to the contest’s terms and conditions
- Consent to share your photo/video submissions with us
Simply sign up with your email, complete the fitness survey, and agree to the terms. After that, you’ll need to submit a photo or video showcasing your transformation or workout progress. Make sure you share it on Instagram, tag @majorfitness_global, use the hashtag #NewYearMajorTransformation, and tag 3 friends to enter.
Yes, posting your workout photo or video on Instagram with the correct tags is a requirement for entry. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #NewYearMajorTransformation and tag @majorfitness_global along with 3 friends to increase your chances!
