PLM03 Security Risk Handling

MAJOR FITNESS PLM03 MANUFACTURED BETWEEN 10.31 2022 AND 5.29 2023

We have recently become aware of issues related to the Major Fitness PLM03 cable system included with the PLM03 manufactured between 10.31 2022 and 5.29 2023. Order number between #1896 and #6848

After internal confirmation, the PLM03 sold during this period may experience cable system breakage during long-term use, causing the cable system to fall off, thereby posing a safety hazard.

Major Fitness has produced a batch of new replaceable cable systems to eliminate this problem. Please note that the replaced cable system is not affected by this problem.(Cable A. Please Note: The problematic part is the ‘T’ component, named ‘Cable A’ in the manual’s parts list.)
Please immediately stop using the PLM03 purchased during this period, Major Fitness will send you a new cable system for free.(Cable A)

Shipments are scheduled in three batches:
June 12-13
June 14-20
June 21-27
After your shipment has been arranged, you will receive an email with the tracking number within 2-3 business days. Delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the shipping information has been uploaded.

We will carefully verify the number of cables you have requested against the quantity in your actual order. The final number of replacement cables you will receive will correspond to the number of PLM03 units you have purchased.

After a thorough investigation, we are confident that only Cable A poses a safety risk due to its unreasonable structural design. Cable B is functioning properly and does not require replacement. Therefore, this replacement initiative is exclusively for Cable A.

Sorry, no. The wear and tear on other accessories during normal use is considered regular usage damage and does not constitute a quality issue or safety hazard. Therefore, other PLM03 accessories are not included in this replacement event.

Sorry, no, the affected PLM03 units are currently beyond the time frame we have committed to for no-reason refunds. Therefore, we do not accept refunds for this batch of PLM03. However, we will take responsibility for sending the replacement parts to you free of charge. Please rest assured to use your PLM03 after the replacement is completed.
