Commen Mistakes When Doing Dumbbell Curls

Many people will swing their upper arms when doing dumbbell curls, DONT DO THAT It's not going to get your biceps contracted better. Keep the upper arms stationary and curl the dumbbells upward with both hands, Pause at the top to feel the contraction of the biceps, then slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position while inhaling.
