Shipping
MAJOR FITNESS currently offers shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air force bases, as well as within Australia. However, we do not provide international shipping.
After placing an order on major-lutie.com and majorfitness.com, you can request to change the delivery address. However, as we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate in altering the address during transportation, please contact us at after-sale@major-lutie.com before your order is shipped.
Most of our confirmed orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. For pre-sale products, we will provide clearly marked information on the product page and announce specific details tailored to each situation.
MAJOR FITNESS offers free shipping for all products sold on majorfitness.com and major-lutie.com, so you won't have to pay any shipping costs.

Payment & Ordering
Please contact us via email at after-sale@major-lutie.com. We will process your order cancellation request within 1-2 working days.
If your credit card is declined, there may be several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect CSV security code entry, an expired card, incorrect billing information entered, or the card may not permit internet purchases. In any case, contacting your issuing bank can clarify why the card is being declined.

Return & Refunds
The refund will be processed through the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the policies of each bank or payment channel.
If your order exceeds 35 days, please contact us and provide the relevant reasons. We will address the issue based on the actual circumstances.
MAJOR FITNESS provides a 35-day return policy from the delivery date for all purchases. However, if the return or refund is not due to the seller's fault, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must return the product in its original packaging.

Other Questions
Some products are too heavy and contain too many parts to be sent in one package. To ensure that you receive the complete product, we have divided it into several packages. When your order is shipped, we will provide you with the exact number of packages and their tracking numbers. Please note: The packages may not arrive simultaneously.
