How to do the correct Dips to train your lower chest?

When we do the dips with your smith machine dips at the first time, most of us will straighten their body and do the wrong movement which will not be helpful to your lower chest trainning.
So to do the correct Dips, you should keep your body leaning forward and stable when you are up and down in reps.
